BITEXCO FINANCIAL TOWER
To strengthen our leasing team, we are looking for the candidates for the position of Senior Leasing Executive with the job description as below:
PURPOSE
- Implement the commercial leasing activities for initially Bitexco Financial Tower
- Find tenants to fill up all vacant areas and carry out Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals timely and at best Market Rents.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Renew contract for existing tenants
- Prepare letters for renewal of lease agreement and send to the tenants on time as mentioned on the contract/agreement.
- Negotiate price and other relating conditions.
- Provide quick responses to tenant inquiries.
- Get approval from General Director about contracts for tenants and ensure that the new contract is signed or renewed upon expiry of the old contract.
- Seek temporary or permanent tenants for vacancy.
- Prepare presentation for upgrading zones (layout, rental fee,…)
- Other additional duties as requested by direct superior and /or BOD
- Report
Consolidating weekly, monthly, yearend contract
Other reports as requirement from manager, BOD
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated University
- At least 4 years working experience in office leasing, prefer in building grade A.
- Good at English
- Good communication and negotiation skills, presentation skills
- Good understanding of the office leasing market of HCMC, Vietnam and market trend
- Good sense of responsibility, co-ordination and prioritisation of work, initiative and high discipline and professional standards
